SEND

Once your product has been shipped, it will take 1-3 business days in the Netherlands, and 3-5 days in the rest of Europe. You can track your order via this Track & Trace link. If you have not received your products, please feel free to contact us via our contact page.

RETURN POLICY

If you want to return an item, you can register a return yourself via this link or you can send an email to: support@geneasy.nl

You can return your product up to 30 days after placing the order. Make sure the products are not worn, washed or damaged.

The consumer is given the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days after receipt of the order without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). The term starts from the moment the (entire) order is received by the consumer.

REFUND

The consumer is obliged to return the product to Geneasy within 30 days after making his right of withdrawal known.

We will automatically make any refunds to the account you used for payment. If you paid with Paypal/credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal/credit card account. If you used a gift card for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift card account. The amount will be refunded to the consumer's account within 10 working days.
